The Britmodeller Zoo Group Build. (Animal based artwork on vehicles)

I'll give this one more shot at getting up. The idea here is building an aircraft/tank/car that has an significant piece of artwork involving an animal. Lot's of potential here, from airliners (QANTAS with their big roo tails), shark mouthed aircraft, Tiger meet, etc. A couple of examples below of what you could do. (I just bought the swordfish mig myself).

Definitely in. I assume that the Wehrmachts WWII zoo is eligible, in which case I have a vintage Tamiya Panther in the stash as a start.

Hi mate, it needs some kind of animal art or animal based colour scheme(tiger stripes, leopard spots etc) to qualify. Just a standard camouflaged panther tank doesn't qualify. Sorry.

Not to worry, I’ll probably do it in ambush colours but still not eligible.

This would be my next choice. I think it fits the brief…

That said I wouldn’t say no to adding a second hind to the collection

currently on e-bay for a mere £200, although the animals without a box are fairly cheap

I think showing feeding time in the polar bear enclosure is really cute.

That penguin is not long for this world...leaving aside that polar bears wouldn't know what a penguin was apart from being small and yummy-looking!

Also, I'll sign up for a shark mouth something

I think the polar bear might recognize a seal though😛

Этому пингвину осталось недолго в этом мире... не говоря уже о том, что белые медведи не знают, что такое пингвин, кроме того, что он маленький и приятный на вид!

Little children look very appetizingly, a monkey envies a bear🤣

Seeing this, yes, that sounds fun.

Did a Swiss F-5 Tiger in last year's STGB

Depending on the definition of a 'significant piece of artwork involving an animal' (does it include unit badges?), I could be tempted to build a Tiger tank

I believe some Tiger units used animal symbols; s.Pz.Abt. 501 used a tiger for their unit device, s.Pz.Abt. 502 used a mammoth, s.Pz.Abt. 503 used a tiger's head and s.Pz.Abt. 505 used mounted knights in various colours.
There is a possibility that 510 used a bear, but photo confirmation is lacking.

Pity this is limited to aircraft/tanks/cars.
A lot of British royalty included a lion or three (six?) in their coats of arms: Robert the Bruce (one lion); Richard I (two, later three lions), and Llywelyn ap Lorwerth, Prince of Gwynedd (four lions) to name a few.
