7-B8-B8589-5-E19-4585-AEB9-625-A7392-EFAExhibit A I’m going to go for the top version of V1 with the gnatty ducted prop. As you can see the nose and the fuselage profile just aft of the canopy are very different  afaik the wing platform isn’t that different however they may also need a bit of surgery. So this might be a conversion or a scratch build with donor parts from the kit :) all part of the fun.?

Well this should be interesting ?

It's definitely going to be that. I thought the V1 was quite a bit smaller than the later operational versions. :hmmm:

He's just trying to stay well clear of the "Must not be more than 25% done" rule.

I was kinda looking into this a while back, though my idea swiftly evolved to one of the first "small wing" V5s [or whatever].  Now that I've seen your... umm... delicate surgery, I'm in danger of thinking about it again!

Not trying to be THAT guy, but I wouldn't trust that drawing for shape.

It's normal for engineering drawings to use a more 'schematic' depiction for the main aircraft dimensions

No me neither it’s typical of the concept drawings of the era I do have an actual set of drawings that I’ve scaled and am working off plus I’m referring to the photos of V1 as well.

Darn I’ve just remembered that I needed to mold a canopy as well as the shroud.

most of the sanding and filling complete. Office next then I can start assembly.

I’ll probably tackle all three interior’s tomorrow. Ideally I’ll also get all four to paint together as there’ll be quite a few common colours.
