Separating Glued Canopy

Any tips for how to separate the front and rear portions of a canopy that I glued together using Ammo Mig Ultra Glue (pva) for clear parts?

I don't know that glue but if it really is a pva then a sharp knife should do it. You could then scrape off the remaining pva with the back of the blade.

Put it in a freezer for a few hours if you can't separate it with a sharp blade.  That technique uses on other glues, so it might work on a strong PVA.  Otherwise, look up PVA solvent and see what you find

Found elsewhere a suggestion that Windex would work. 

Not having any to hand, I tried wiping some UMP Retail airbrush cleaner on a piece of kitchen roll along the join lines. 

 

This worked and debonded the glued surfaces.
