Heller Leopard 2 in Zvezda boxes?

According to Scalemates,  Zvezda is reboxing the Heller Leopard 2.

Without getting political, I'm wondering how that works with export bans (are there any?)

I have no idea at all how stuff like that us policed, I'm assuming it's Customs job to do so?

They check freight bills etc?

I don't think that Scale Models (Toy's?)  fall into any of the categories under sanction, so unless Zvezda are owned by a Russian National directly named in EU Sanctions they should be fine.

I suspect both companies have done full disclosure if this deal is going ahead.

The Heller Leo 2 is already only a re-box of one of the Italeri Leo 2 kit versions.  Zvezda and Italeri have a long history of mould sharing, generally one-way with Zvezda re-boxing Italeri products. It seems that toys etc are not embargoed for export to or import from the Russian Federation.  At least not yet.  Zvezda kits still seem to be freely available in the UK, including recent releases.
