Congrats on the shop, may it being you happiness and many, many customers!

Your builds - great! I especially liked the lightning dio, it must be very difficult to know when to stop distressing the kit to make the damage stay looking realistic.

And the figure work - including the horses - superb.

Some great models there especially that P-38 diorama.

I'll definitely be visiting your shop. Good luck with it. How generous is the BM discount going to be? 😄

Thanks Guys,

the Shops been here for as long as I've been in Salisbury if not longer. hopefully I'll still get time to do some building myself. I thought I'd only done a couple of builds and was surprised when I picked through my pictures.

Thanks Alistair,

Wow, what a great year's work,  splendid models, the Lightning underwater is something else.  Hope the shop goes well too.

Chris

Thanks Chris,

the P-38 was the final finish of 2022, the acrylic resin pour was an interesting one. There was a slight gap between joins that hadn’t been sealed so lost a bit through leakage.

Impressive builds there. The Lightning has to be a favourite though; very evocative.

Some nice builds in that collection, I like the wintry brumbar. As with others, good luck with the shop, good model shops are few and far between. I'm lucky enough to have antics nearby for most my staples.

Super year’s worth! Very diverse and original collection, and I love what you did with the old Airfix Lightning. Hope the shop (and life!) goes well.

Regards,

Adrian

Cheers Adrian,

I do like these old Airfix kits and I’m really pleased how it turned out, glad the acrylic resin set in time for a gallery entry.

Thanks Colin,

im thinking of hanging the P-38 on the wall, I just hope the resin doesn’t re solidify in the summer.
