Marklo
As you may well know I tend to favour the unusual, eclectic or downright odd in my models so I thought why not table a Group build of oddities for 2024. So that’s the basic premise, build something odd in any scale. Some examples.. The He119 The Stipa Caproni The Blackburn Blackburn The Sablatnig triplane. Actually since I started the thread I’ve built the Heinkel, the Caproni and the Sablatnig and I’m a good halfway into the Blackburn. But still plenty of material out there e.g. 1. @Marklo ( me of course ) 2. @Andwil 3. @ColonelKrypton 4. @Toryu 5. @MARADER 6. @CliffB 7. @zebra 8. @Bertie McBoatface 9. @ArnoldAmbrose 10. @81-er 11. @JOCKNEY 12. @Maginot 13. @Jb65rams 14. @flashlight 15. @AdrianMF 16. @Bobby No Mac 17. @Julien 18. @bentwaters81tfw 19. @Adrian Hills 20. @LorenSharp 21. @Richard Humm Edited February 11 by Marklo
Andwil
I have a SPAD A.1 pulpit fighter that fits the bill for this. Put me down. AW
ColonelKrypton
Wonderful, a group build that has the potential to become something odd and eclectic. Please add my name to the list. cheers, Graham
Toryu
OK - I first thought I was too conservative and didn't have anything. MARADER
I will participate in this movement. I don't know what to build. I think it will be something very unusual.🙂

ArnoldAmbrose
Gidday @Marklo, what about an "Outrageous" class battlecruiser of 1917, specifically HMS Glorious? They've been described by some as the most useless ships ever built, elegant white elephants. Regards, Jeff.
Bertie McBoatface
🎼 Now, this could only happen to a guy like me And only happen in a forum like this So may I say to each of you, most gratefully As I throw each one of you a kiss This is my kind of GB Eclectic is my kind of GB Eclectic is my kind of people too People who smile at you and Each time I roam Eclectic is calling me home Eclectic is why I just grin like a clown It's my kind of GB. My kind of GB Eclectic is my kind of GB Eclectic is my kind of raz-ma-taz And it has all that jazz and Each time I leave Eclectic is tugging my sleeve Eclectic is a wooden submarine Eclectic is a forty ton APC Eclectic is one GB that won't let you down It's my kind of GB. ArnoldAmbrose
Gidday @Marklo, fair enough. I had another contender for that GB though, a steam powered submarine, the K-class. Regards, Jeff.
