Typical of their customer care department. I've had the same response when trying to get hold of a replacement canopy for the 1/48 scale Meteor. In the grand scheme of things, it's not the end of the world but there just disinterested. So much for the, 'by modellers for modellers' Stay tuned for the next instalment ....
