I thought that major airports at least had some form of traffic light system that is intended to minimise the risk of ncursions onto active runways. Obviously the investigation teams will be looking at this aspect of the accident and I have no intention of commenting or speculating further on it. RIP the firefighters who died, and sincere condolences to their families, friends and colleagues. Also thoughts and prayers for the survivors, rescue teams and investigators.
