Oh dear, I have already extracted my first two builds from the stash, largely to check on what I might have to do in terms of extras etc. I have found that the Maryland is missing a bag of resin with the prop hubs and control wheels. I have a set of propellers lined up and the other stuff is easy to scratch build. The Neptune kit has a damaged nose cone, but I have the Falcon vacform canopy, so that is OK and the Falcon turret is better than either the kit or the clear resin one in the Blackbird conversion kit

Since today is Thanksgiving here in the U.S. you know that celebration of Avarice and Gluttony, Tomorrow is the first shopping day of the Christmas season. Which makes me think wistfully of that old Xmas tune..... It's beginning to look a lot like .... Anarchy.... Everywhere I go.....

I’ve decided that the stash is way too large to request model kits for Xmas this year, so will instead try to steer the family down the Wingleader book path.

Mind you I’m not including a local swap meet this Sunday and a trip to the Tokyo model stores when we leave for Japan this Monday, so the stash may very well increase before that magical December day rolls by. 
Now I didn’t want to start a Xmas Wishlist within this thread… however the enthusiastic posts above may have led me there!
