AliGauld
This one I purchased direct from the good people at Special Hobby when they helped me out after I tried really hard to destroy 6 months of work on my Sunderland. I've been eyeing it up since it arrived. All that Yellow. This is Academy plastic with additions from Special Hobby. I'm looking forward to this. And what will be a necessity with this. Plastic should be cut later. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair
Ngantek
Yay in first! I usually never get a good seat. Ah yes, Special Hobby! I didn't realise they ran Academy tools though; the sharp, simple runners look positively benevolent by comparison. I'm deeply envious of your ability to get round to kits fast enough that you can still remember buying them. Anyway off you go, there's a good chap. AliGauld
A start has been made. A couple of ejection ports to be dealt with there. And a bit of necessary surgery. That's it for tonight. Some paint tomorrow. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair

We'll see how it goes. 17 minutes ago, stevehnz said: I'll follow along with this too, I've got this kit plus their later one that turned up recently, thats now 4 Academy At-6 kits in various guises, might be time to let my Revell ex Heller ones find a new home. Craig. That may be curtailed for a bit as Ihad to get the car fitted with a new radiator yesterday and they had to virtually dismantle the front end to get at it. It was an ouch moment. AliGauld
After priming and some ColourCoats Interior Green had dried I attempted some detail painting. A light dry brush and a wash with Agrax Earthshade. Yes, Chris, I had a brush out. Once all that lot is dry I should be able to get the fuselage glued together. Jings! AliGauld
A bit more work done with some glue involved. While I was waiting for the glue to dry I got on with the wings. And a short time later this sort of happened. The tape is staying on overnight in the hope that it'll stet the dihedral on the starboard side.
