Nenad Ilijic
Hello everyone, Do you have any recommendation for after market products for German WW2 camouflage nets? Like the one on the turret roof of this Panzer Ausf. IV. Thanks! Nenad
Kingsman
When bundled up like that I'm not sure there is a lot to choose between the various brands. That one seems to have some hessian strips tied in, which AFAIK none of the "net" people do. There are some resin hessian net rolls and bundles out there. Red Zebra do some. https://www.redzebramodels.co.uk/ My preference is still old school. Plasterer's cotton scrim soaked in watered PVA with or without tea leaves for the scrim. A roll of scrim will last you several lifetimes. Cotton version Hessian version This is where I found these quickly. I'm sure there are other suppliers. https://www.fabricuk.com/fabrics/1328-hessian-scrim-netting.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwtp2bBhAGEiwAOZZTuIVI20v9yZ9pBHJY8KHZ_CWZFQmuJDNmQNjI04dUvIPO9rtoOXssLRoCFIkQAvD_BwE https://www.build.lsd.co.uk/plasterers-scrim-traditional-cotton-scrim-75mm-x-100m 1
