M 10 Achilles

HI Guys can anyone  help  me with information  on the colours  of the interior  of the M 10 llc Achilles  in northern  Europe   area  lale 1944 and 1945

Inside the turret was SCC15 "Olive Drab", same as the outside.  Achilles conversions were repainted from the original factory Olive Drab No9.  Lower hull interior was white as usual.

And my question is: did they bother to repaint anything below sponsons / behind boogies etc?

I would say - NO. Just a waste of time and resources. But...?

Certainly with the M4's received in N.Africa, the lower hulls were often left in US Olive Drab, regardless of what top colour they were given, so I would have thought that no would probably be the answer. But.....never say never!

Since, there's not much difference btw OD & new SCC15, I'll go 4 OD, and see, what they say at my club 🙂
