Graham Boak
The Dora and Ta.152 were indeed virtually completely different aircraft - but much less so on appearance than the 109V-1 to A-3. Might be able to use the rear fuselage - good luck!

The fuselage aft of the firewall is good but it’ll need a new canopy the tail is the same and the wings are shorter, narrower and further aft and of course it’ll need a new nose. It all sorted in my head now I just need to transpose it to my reality

I don't think the nose will need much work - just fit the intake on the other side.

Yes the leading edge of the vertical tail is closer to vertical on the TA it’s a conversion I’ve done twice before, in 1/48 th scale you can use the wings from a 1/72 kit for the extensions, I suppose I could use 1/144 kit in 1/72 ( might need to be 1/100), hmm might have one in the stash could make a resin copy hmm… Edited January 21 by Marklo

Marklo
Thirty three threads, were off to a great start. Tomorrow is my day to start butchering butcher birds, but I really want to finish my meteors and prototypes before I get into full swing on Wurgers and of course my Salty sea dog builds. Marklo
Thirty six build threads which is great. I’ve even managed to get started despite my heating woes ( I think my compressor in my heat pump is seized and we have no heating while waiting for a contractor to get one in which might not be till next week) Edited January 23 by Marklo 1

PhantomBigStu
I'll enter when i've shifted a number of other builds to the complete pile and I've funds, no idea which between a hasegawa a-5 from a well known kit dealer to do as Nowotny's or the Tamiya A-3 to do as Hans Hahn's. Andwil
The group builds this year have certainly started very strongly, there’s almost too many builds to keep track of. AW
