bootneck
As per the header, I am looking for plans and details of the Crossley BVG 2 Tractor. I believe the wheelbase is 10ft 6in but that's all I have found so far. I would be grateful if anyone here can assist with finding drawings and other dimensions please. Someone has done a restoration of a BVG 2 but have been unable to contact the owner for any details. cheers, Mike
Heather Kay
I’d don’t think I’d like to be the driver. Fuel tank right in front of you, and all the ammunition packed either side…

dcrfan
According to Bart Vanderveen, The Observers Army Vehicles Directory to 1940 under the same photo it confirms the WB as 10'6" (BC 3' 3 1/2"). Unfortunately even the other Crossleys that are listed give no hint of other dimensions. There is another photo at https://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/205212235 Edited October 21, 2022 by dcrfan
