The wet look of the hull near the waterline added to the realistic bow wave and wake make this look very detailed!  The photography is very good, too. The more I view the photos, the more real the scene appears. The forward base of the conning tower appears to get splashed by the wave action and the churn from the stern is very lifelike.  You're giving me some motivation to get mine completed. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Â Stuart You're right Stuart, This is my first attempt with the polystyrene base and acrylic clear coat (I usually use clear resin) and, in fact, I miscalculated the shrinkage of the acrylic once it dried ...
