Giampiero Piva
The model, which appeared in 2021, is a good basis for building this cute trainer aircraft. The changes and additions concern only some details of the cockpit and tail. The aircraft shown is a Bü181 D of the Nachtschlachtkommando 1, based in Warnemünde in March 1945. The model is entirely brushpainted as always in RLM 70/71/65 (Vallejo), the decals are from the kit. It should be noted that the firing cables of the Panzerfäuste are absent above and below the wings, probably because the plane was photographed before a training mission. Finally, an image of the lower surfaces. Hope you like it. Thanks for your attention. Pete in a shed
Superb as always. The attention to detail you afford your models is an inspiration for us all to add those tiny extras so often ignored. Your models are a cut above! Best regards Pete

Spitfire31
A truly delightful Bücker! If you hadn't spilled the beans, I would've complimented you on your orange peel-free airbrushing skills… The Bü 181 was designed by the Swedish airplane designer A J Andersson (A J = Anders Johan), the man also behind the Bü 131 and Bü 133. The Bü 181 was used in a license built version as the Sk 25 to train Swedish Air Force pilots during the war. A J left Bücker in Germany during the war and was hired by fledgling Saab, where he designed the B 18 attack bomber and also the Saab 91 Safir, flown as the Sk 50 in the Swedish Air Force. Great modelling! Kind regards, Joachim
