jarkmodels
It's been a while! I had a week off work so I've decided to spend the time the best possible way, that means doing some modelling! This is a very nice little kit by Trumpeter on my preferred scale (1:72) perhaps the only low was the decals but nothing too bad really. I hope you guys like it and all comments are welcomed! Ukrainian Air Force, Gostomoel airport, MIG-29C (Izdeliye 9.13) "White 44" Thanks for looking! Jorge 67

Cheers, Mario Regarding the weathering, the way I do it, is by applying everything locally, focusing on one area at a time, using good reference images, and avoiding overall washes. I do all the weathering with OIL paints following Michael Rinaldi's OPR approach. It takes longer but in my opinion the result are much better because you are always in control. cheers guys and thanks for commenting, Jorge Edited July 17, 2022 by jarkmodels
Natter
Superb. Really good to see a Ukrainian '29 in the two tone camo, and the weathering deserves all the positive comments you have already received. Again; superb.

Sorry for the late reply Ryan, No, the decals are from the kit and they were not that good, very thick and brittle...but with a little love and care (and lots of micro sol and mark softer) they work OK. The rest of the Trumpeter kit is truly fantastic, so good that I got two other variants to build in the future. Once again, thank you very much to all for commenting.! cheers, jorge
