My Jagdpanzer IV L/48 Early has some brush painted disc cam tested on the underside. I'll test the tooth stick method there aswell.
sardaukar
Nice job on the camo, I need to have a go at a camo like this.
Yg Models
thx sardaukar, if you have several diameter of dots, the result will be much better.    On 7/16/2022 at 9:53 PM, echen said: ...I'll give that a try. My Jagdpanzer IV L/48 Early...  Echen, 1/48 maybe a little too large for tooth stick, you could try cross section of old brush. 😃  Edited July 21, 2022 by Yg Models
echen
Like yours mine is 1/72. Maybe the L48, the gun barrel length in the title, is not clear.

Maddoxx77
I really like how you do a color study before every build. ( i also checked some of your Gundam work ) The camo itself work really well, it brakes the hard lines of the tank really good. Point of critique. The fire extinguisher in red is not quite acurate. Most of the time these parts were painted in the main color of the tank. In this case dark yellow. Other then that, great build!!!!
Yg Models
thx Maddoxx77  Since i not a big fan of military stuff. Just enjoy painting, therefore i like to try different camo, pattern, color scheme to create interesting result.    8 hours ago, Maddoxx77 said: i also checked some of your Gundam work  how about the Metal Gear Rex Series. I quite enjoy that topic, it is fun to keep painting same model kit in different scheme.ðŸ¤Â I try / mixed several camo, technique, effect on there.😊    8 hours ago, Maddoxx77 said: fire extinguisher in red is not quite acurate  really? I always see red extinguisher in online images.😵 Thank for yours remind. Edited July 27, 2022 by Yg Models
