One cannot start to imagine the 60+ years extent of dedication and diligence which has been invested in this project and book - part history, part modellers’ paradise, part engineering/technical record. The book exhibits the author’s immense depth of technical and engineering expertise. It’s a joy to read and retain as a keepsake. One can only hope a follow-on book might be in the pipeline, perhaps also transforming this work of supremely-engineered art onto video/film. The possibilities are enormous and the stage has already been set. You won’t find any equivalent. Marvellous!!
