Built from the AFV Club kit which is a pleasure to build and painted with a mix of Gunze, Tamiya ans Akan paints with the decals provided by Two Bobs.

Canadair CF116 Freedom Fighter, 419 Sqn CAF, late 1970s

Here is my entry for this GB. It is the original ESCI boxing and is basically OOB, apart from gun barrels and pitot. Decals are from an ancient Flying Colours sheet

Thanks to Robert for hosting this GB and reducing my stash by one (it's a start) and Enzo for keeping us on the straight and narrow. I have finished three kits in one month, which must be a record for me. I might have to go and lie down in a darkened room

        Hello everybody … Im presenting my 2nd and final build here in the group. Ive done this as VFA-11 Red Rippers Squadron Hack F-20N. The plane is in the units markings from July 1941 Atlantic ocean U.S.S.Ranger In 1941. This is done for the Century of Naval aviation 1911-2011. The Rippers were listed as VF-41 at the time this the 41-F-16 Code.

Sundowner F-5N 761547

Italeri's 1/72 F-5E finished with Xtradecals decals as US Navy F-5N aggressor BuNo 761547 with VFC-111 Sundowners, a homage to the VF-11 Sundowners CO's Grumman Hellcat, circa 1944.

Here's my entry, the venerable (okay, prehistoric) Revellogram F-5F kit, shown in the colours of VFC-111, the Sundowners.  Paints used were Colourcoats enamels, and a wee bit of Master aftermarket found its way onto the build.
