Courageous
With my Canadian GB builds nearing completion and suitable decals acquired, time to move this on. Tail serial and 'USAF' markings now on, much happier. just need to be sealed in before moving on. I have also been working on a base made with a 10mm slice of insulation board and balsa edging. Have knocked up a small mooring pontoon out of plasticard. Stuart
RidgeRunner
She is looking really nice, Stuart. You know I have a penchant for builds with a splash of either dayglo or Arctic Red! Your Grasshopper fits that bill perfectly! Martin
Terry1954
Looking very bright and neat. Should be an eye catcher in the blue/green/grey water! Terry

Cheers guys. The scheme was not my choice but it is looking rather nice and how else are you supposed to display a float plane with no trolley? Anyways, the end is near. Since the last update, the delicate stuff has been added; bracing at the tail, wing braces, doors, an aerial, exhausts, engine guards, propeller and the bl***y float assy. Next, it's gotta get mounted on its base... Stuart

Courageous
Update time... As with my floatplanes, I like them to be on water, this one is no different. Another bit of experimentation with water, this time I wanted a shallow, clear, sandy appearance. Not perfect but stash and time wait for no man, time to move on.
