Something UFO'ish - finished!

Recommended Posts

Well - my little 1/144 UFO'ish thingie is done, finished - and it came out almost as I had envisioned it! Can't ask for more.

The pictures show the DRA-G1 on the day of the first flight. :D

The mechanics are making the last adjustments, while the flightcrew are viewing the cockpit.

A young belgian journalist and his dog are having a chat with the army intelligence officer at the entrance of the DRA-G1.

They seem to have a little problem with the leading landinggear, which is a bit crooked, but I'm sure they'll have it fixed before take-off. :hmmm:

I hope you liked this little trip into my little fantasyworld - I know I had a lot of fun! :D

Cheers for now :bye:

They'd better take off soon. Bad weather coming. It could be Snowy.

Hans, it looks fantastic. Very impressive.

Fantastic Work!    Can't wait to see your next Project....

At the moment I've working on two old 'classic' kits from Revell - the Douglas Skyrocket and the Douglas X-3 Stiletto. :D

Both will be made as desktop models in flight mode, so a lot of putty and sanding!

I'll put up some pictures in the Aircraft RFI when done - there really isn't much to show in a WIP!

Cheers :bye:

I had this kit as a child in the late 60s. Loved the look of it!

Maybe I'll try to find one on the bay some time.

Cheers,

Alan.
