Does anyone know how the Royal Hellenic Air Force utilized the civilian Ju-52s requisitioned into service following the Italian invasion of October 1940?  Were they used as makeshift bombers?  Were the civilian seats removed for general cargo transport?  Thank you for any ideas or suggestions.

No idea about usage, but planes were: W.Nr.5984 and registration SX-ACF. The other two were SX-ACH (W.Nr.6004) and SX-ACI (W.Nr.6025).

Based on werke nummers is possible to look what was build configuration. Bomber variant was strengthened. I assume planes were used as a transports.

WNr.5984 was built at Dessau, handed over to AE-EEES (Elliniki Etairea Enaerion Synkoinonion AE) 30.June 1938.  Taken over by the Luftwaffe in April 1941, it was in RAF service as VM980 in April 1945, then to EASSU (Enemy Aircraft Storage and Service Unit) 27.November 1945.  Scrapped 7.March 1948, purchased by Short Bros.

WNr.6004 was handed over to AE-EEES in July 1938, also captured by the Luftwaffe in April 1941.  Served with the KG.z.b.V. 1, then to Lufthansa as D-ACLI

WNr.6025 was handed over to AE-EEES in August 1938, also captured by the Luftwaffe in April 1941.  Served with Lufthansa as D-AEJA and also as an ambulance.
