Taking the aircraft featured in the first and fourth photos, SP344, the Spitfire site shows it as having been built by Cunliffe Owen, and delivered to the RNDA on 22/1/1946, then in January 1948 to RAE for trials.  There are no details of any other service.  http://www.airhistory.org.uk/spitfire/p102.html

Interesting photos, including with the colourful Canadian Sabres in the background. SP344 looks like it's in an interim phase of colour scheme, with the new D-type roundels now on the upper wings and placed well outboard.

The sabres are new  Mk4s of 422 Sqn. R.C.A.F., on their way to 4 Wing in Germany. Exercise Leapfrog IV

Interesting that the 'wartime' colours had survived for so long. It does look very tatty, I wonder if it was still flying.
