I am sure I've seen this on You Tube😀

Another stunning and inventive diarama

Absolutely brilliant

With your imagination I can't wait for the nest one

"That's coming out of your pay!"

Haha.  But seriously, with the closeup photos, I thought you were pulling a fast one and showing photos of an actual truck stuck in the mud.  Amazingly realistic.  You have set the bar exceptionally high when it comes to modeling muddy terrain...

Thanks Erik. Kind of you to say.

At first I thought I was looking at a real truck !

Nice job!

The mud puddles are spot on.

But I am curious, ... did you sink the whole truck , or did you cut it in half and save the extra bits for later ?

EDIT: OH dopy me!  If I had read through your whole post, I would have answered my own question.

So, there's enough left over to do a "turned over in the mud" diorama ?

Can't wait to see that !

Hehe! Now that would have been another opposite side of the Mud Trap diorama. :) unfortunately the parts will used in a landfill diorama. At least thats the plan.

I wonder if the company's insurance-policy will cover getting it out of the mud and back into service? That will be a very expensive operation....

Thanks for sharing with us.

A good question. I will find out about that from the real workers that have found themselves in similar situations.

It's a clever idea, well finished. I believe some modellers who use real soil in their dioramas first microwave it first to kill any "bugs" and things which might grow. Interesting thought ... which always give me the creeps.

What, like ...through away your microwave type thoughts? 😀
