Question regarding Porsche 911 (generation 991/992) 1/24 model kits availability please

Evening Johnny,

I think for 991, 991.2 & 992 your options are limited to Alpha Models resin kits, and I'm not sure exactly how many variations they do. Hiroboy lists these;

Fujimi do a 911 GT3R which is the previous 997 version but I think it's the closest you'll get in a plastic kit.

Unless others know more....

Thanks a lot Keith! I kind of feared that whatever kit might be available, the price would be somewhat out of my budget.

May I suggest an alternative ?

You can buy a diecast Maisto 991 in 1/24 scale from  for a very nice price https://ck-modelcars.de/en/maisto-1-24-porsche-911-991-ii-gt2-rs-year-2018-yellow-black-31523/p-56814/

That's not a kit, but it's in 1/24 scale and Maisto models are very easy to disassemble.

This one is also 1/24 scale from Bburago, price is € 13,45 :

Thanks a lot for your suggestions Pascal! Modifying a diecast model could certainly be an option.

Forgot to mention that I was more looking for a “standard” coupé, targa or cabrio, than a GT-model, but a quick google search gave several options like the Bburago you have suggested. Apparently later this year, some 992 models in 1/24 should also be released.
