Putty Animal
Phew! All done. 1/144 scale modelling isn't what it used to be. Nor are my eyes! 😭 50

Putty Animal
Thanks chaps. It's good to have this one out of the way. 10 hours ago, Johnson said: (Have you considered an Opitivisor? I stopped using them and switched to lightweight non-prescription reading glasses like you get from chemist stores. I have a bunch in various magnifications. My current favourites are 4.5+ and 6+ which let me get things up close to my nose, while keeping one eye on whatever I'm watching on netflix
ArnoldAmbrose
Gidday @Putty Animal, that's a superb model, it's incredible how you've resurrected this 'awful kit'. Extremely well done. 👍 Regards, Jeff.

ArnoldAmbrose
Gidday @Putty Animal, those are beautiful. And so small. The pilot would be about 1/2'' tall? Speaking of which, does that 'worst kit' come with aircrew? 😀 Seriously, they're exquisite, to match your other models. Regards, Jeff.
Gaspode
Very impressive work. I know I couldn't cope with the frustration of dropping the little bits just as I was about to place them! I find it bad enough working at 1/48.

2996 Victor
Ye gods! I just don't know how you manage these microscopic jewels. Astounding, beautiful, incredible, delightful. Superlatives just don't do your masterpieces justice. In awe, Mark 1
RichieW
I missed this entire thread during a lengthy modelling sabbatical but have just had a lot of fun reading through it all. I've seen the DH.2 before but not the exquisite Nieuports. They're barely longer than your thumb nail! Richie
Caerbannog
Ok - up till now I thought you are highly professional at building large scale matches and Humbrol tins to photoshoot them next to 1:48 scale kits - well this is what I would have done... Awesome work!
