but informs me he wants to move somewhere that he can marry multiple girls. Could be some trouble in his future.

Well, Salt Lake City is lovely this time of year.

Did you already inform him that this also means more mothers in law..?

Cheers,

Andre

It looks nice!

I'd say! Still taking notes for whenever I get around to my SH P-40's.

Why instead I'm still hacking away at an ancient KP CS-199 only the Cthulhu side of the Modelling Gods know.

Cheers,

Andre

I take it you have intel that Curtiss painted the seats interior green. I think I will go for the fat bottomed guy story.

See, you made me nervous, and subsequent investigation seems to suggest it is I who am the idiot, and that the seats were normally silver. The P-40E from 260 Squadron that was found in the desert...goodness me, was it ten years ago now? could have had, from the not good photo, either a faded painted seat or a weathered metal seat: https://warbirdsnews.com/warbirds-news/desert-war-kittyhawk-unveiled-in-egypt.html

I'm going to assume that they painted the seats for the desert, since the alternative is the hot sun beating down on shiny metal and frying your butt.

The same grit and determination that have made the Dutch the tallest people in Europe, no doubt.

He's an extrovert, such threats hold no terror for him.

Something that DID go well was adding PE grilles to the two glycol radiators and the oil cooler in the chin scoop. It looks nice!

Looking at this angle the dihedral looks ok. Maybe just slightly lower on the left but that could be due to the orientation of the photo also.

In the immortal words of John O'Mill (because, why the heck not):

"To crown divine creation

With fitting final touch

God spoke in exultation:

'Now let there be the Dutch!'

He's a braver guy than I am.

so, not only do I own She on blu-ray (only god can judge me), I've watched it with the director's audio commentary, and believe it or not, Sandahl Bergman PICKED that as the film that would catapult her to superstardom after her initial success in Conan the Barbarian. It didn't, of course, which is why she later starred in Hell Comes to Frogtown with Rowdy Roddy Piper, which I also own.

Yes, all of those accounted for.

I'll see your She and will raise you Zaat - "A creature like you've never seen before" indeed.

Cheers,

Ethereal highlights of the Seventh Art.

Gosh just caught up. I’m very pleased for Winston, but somewhat perturbed for you. Hope you are doing well.

Girls are great - I just got my daughter home (incl Dutch boyfriend) and it’s a breath of fresh air!

Regards,

Adrian

[edit] Still reeling from watching “The Giant Claw” (1957) on UK TV the other night. Apparently Jeff Morrow never got to see the monster while making the film, and when he went to see the film the audience laughed so much at the monster (the producers ran out of money) that he had to leave the cinema prematurely before anyone spotted him…

Can confirm.   As of last month they still had excellent hobby shops, as well.

They Live gains relevance with every passing day as we watch Western civilisation circle the drain.
