Admiralty Drifter with Barrage Balloon - Scratchbuilt 1/350

Recommended Posts

That is brilliant, absolutely stunning modelling! Love it all and it all ends up as a lovely serene diorama - which totally belies its true purpose in life!

Top, top work!

Keith (off to read the wip thread to see just how such lovely models are made! :) )

Thank you Zen Master!

Finish off Colombo - flirt with some armour and then sooner or later try a Castle Class Trawler, HMT Oystermouth

And it does evoke a sense of peace and serenity, which is fully opposite the actual circumstances. Bravo!

Thanks DNL.  "Modelling the mundane"

I really like that, awesome stuff.  👍

Checked out the wip you linked, but do you have a more detailed step by step for your water base construction?

Jack

An excellent replica of a "little ship" at work which is full of character and lifelike details; it could easily hold its own against a similar kit built model of a Capital Ship in any display cabinet.  Looking forward to following your next build.
