Tolga ULGUR Posted May 22, 2022 Share Posted May 22, 2022 Hello Here is my recently finished 1/32 Trumpeter P-47D 22 with the markings of “Belle of Belmont” from 63rd FS / 56th FG in Boxted. Note that this Thunderbolt has Curtiss Electric propeller though it is D22. Cockpit enhanced with Yahu instrument panel and Eduard seatbelt I have used Barracudacast main wheels and Eduard tail Wheel. Paints are Gunze Sangyo acrylics Decals are from “Kagero P-47 Thunderbolt with the USAAF- European Theatre of Operations” book. I'm impressed you included the pipework for these drop tanks as well. Great detail and superb weathering. I love Jugs! My favourite is always the Bubble Top but I do like the Razorback also. 1:32 scale does this plane justice. A great model. Thanks for showing it!
