Looking forward to seeing this finished. I like the idea of the base and the retracted front turret. 

Good luck with getting it finished in time.

I am impressed with this kit - better than my old Airfix one I think. I suspect that the Sunderland had during its long career more different paint schemes than just about any RAF plane I can think of, and this is quite an unusual one for a Mk III, but I believe this particular aircraft may have been the first "true" Mk III to enter service (according to Warpaint) so I guess it pre-dates the later white schemes.
