45DegreesModelling
Hello everyone. I’d like to share my finished Honda RA272 from Tamiya in 1/20. I posted a work in progress thread that can be found here. This car is the 1965 Mexico GP winner driven by Richie Ginther. I drilled out the exhausts and added some small electrical wire to the engine, but apart from that it’s straight out of the box. Thanks for looking. Lvp
Very nice paint work and clean build technique. The tires look very realistic, did you do any work to them?

No the wheels come with the tread and Goodyear logo already on which is a nice touch. 33 minutes ago, Marco F. said: That's a stunner looks like a1:1 placed for a studio photoshooting Congratulations Marco F High praise, thank you! nearsightedjohn
Beautiful clean neat-as-a-pin build of an old tooled kit. Your photography is fantastic, particularly the darker background shots. This build motivates me to pull this classic kit out of my stash and build it OOTB like you’ve done here and hope my results come out one-half as good as what you’ve achieved on this one. Bravo!

Thank you! It really is a fantastic kit and I can’t state enough how nice it looks to see it constructed in-front of me. 99% of it is airbrushed which is why I think the finish looks so good! 23 hours ago, Mpfiend said: very nice , as already said "A Stunner" Thank you! desert falcon
That’s a superb build and as already mentioned some fantastic photos 👍 I love the „simplicity“ of the 1960s formula one cars, compared to todays electronic wonders.
