Yg Models
still remain 3 crews the molding, details, QC of Yufan model is good, but the locations they chose to separate the head, arm, leg are really bad and difficult to grout/polish. sardaukar
that type 94 looks good, can't be that big even at 1/16.

Yg Models
i let Type 94 tankette out its box. it really too big for me. can't feel its size? let compare with my smallest AFV but there has >25 nos. of 1/72 AFV in my schedule, and i haven't count the miniatures, sci-fi, figure/bust, vehicle, etc japanese model kits that are ready to paint too. so it won't be finished before 2024? sardaukar
Im not much of a historical fig painter but there are plenty of paint sets out there especially for ww2 German. You might find this conversion tool useful for converting between brands. https://www.modelshade.com/paint-conversion-chart/ Also skin is often called flesh which might help. Citadel, Army Painter and Vallejo all do decent skin colours. This guy is pretty good as a miniature painter, although this is kinda war game quality rather than display quality but should give some ideas. Yg Models
yes, it is the 9K714 in SS-23. 2 hours ago, Old pro said: See you are having fun with the 2nd kit in the S models box as mentioned before, because i not a hardcore fan of AFV, would not study an old photo, collect info / history to recreate an AFV in specific battle/camo/condition, and not interested to paint same AFV twice. So i use some remained spare parts to convert the 2nd kit into sci-fi / what-if AFV. Edited November 4, 2022 by Yg Models
sardaukar
I thought I noticed some potentially 40K barrels on that T-35, not a bad idea, if you are going that way it could get a cool scifi camo scheme. If anyone every did 40k Models in 1/72 I'd probably buy some, I quite fancy having some 1/72 40k tanks.
Yg Models
those barrels came from typ 1/72 AFV, not 40K. But i think 40K 's parts may match too. 9 hours ago, sardaukar said: 40k Models in 1/72 you mean the latest IG sample shown in GW community? but i think they are bigger than 1/72 AFV? https://www.warhammer-community.com/2022/10/24/the-rogal-dorn-battle-tank-crushes-heretics-with-the-power-of-the-praetorian/

I thought that too especially on the T 35, I think everyone should do what if vehicles especially if you have a spare with the Smodel kits, let your creative juices flow, it’s fun and

The scale of 40k stuff is I think around 1/50 although how you would ever get 12 marines in a rhino is beyond me.
