Hasegawa 1/72 Betty G4m1 with Okha (old tooling)

Recommended Posts

Greetings Folks,

My latest work, Japanese Betty. It was old Hasegawa tooling which was a simple kit. Boy!!! masking the green house was daunting tasking for a few minutes of paint work. Sadly, the back clear was missing from the sprue tree. Painted using Tamiya paints, decals were almost useless so borrowed from elsewhere. So here it is

The older generation of Hasegawa maybe lacking in internal detail but as you've shown it's possible to get great results, nice work.

Thank you, Mates!!! I wish I could find the tail clear parts without it I still feel incomplete. Once again, Thank you for the kind words really appreciate it.

Beautiful model, the wear and tear is very realistic

Good modelling. Great to see the crew in there. But it looks like you've had a bit of trouble getting the green paint to adhere. 🤓
