Biplanes, Triplanes, Quads and more a monoplane free zone!!.

I know that a biplane is a stretch for a lot of modellers, but the majority of my builds have two or more sets of wings.

So the proposal is for anything with two or more sets of wings, any scale, any era.

if the GB gets picked I’ll build either of all of these

018-DFC4-D-1905-485-A-9-FAA-9-C387-E2-FC

a Fokker V8 five wings

3-D205-EB9-8-A00-4492-B15-D-26-C155193-EAn Osprey triplane

B5-D1-B27-A-8640-47-E2-814-B-4-AE296-C1-A Sablatning triplane

D436-FFA1-A4-E0-4-E2-B-870-B-7-B16-DDAB0An Euler Quadruplane

5-F537-D22-FFF3-414-B-9-FC7-EC7-DDA73731A Caproni pensuti triplane

53207-CDA-21-AE-46-A3-A2-C7-012-B9-B21-C
A Caproni Ca60, well maybe not…

I could keep going as there are literally hundreds of possible builds.

1. me of course :)

Me too please! I have loads of biplanes in stock including a number of vacforms, or I could do a Sopwith 3-seat Tractor biplane:

as a scratch build. I have suggested this for the 'Sopwith' GB proposal so if that does not get through I will do this for this one instead. Either way, I am in, definitely! Please.

If Im not forced too do it, or looked upon with disdain for not adding the rigging you can add me to the list. I have a 1/2 dozen interwar types and one WNW Albatros. Though will unlikely be touching the WNW kit. I do want to rig that one, so much so that Im actually considering having it built by someone that knows how to do it.

Hi Marklo

Please add me to the list, I have lots of biplanes and seldom build them, so this will be just the KUTA I need.

Having said that I did manage a cheeky biplane in the recent Blitzbuild.

Count me in - I'm a sucker for multi wings 👍

I've actually got a balsa flying kit of the Sablatning (about 15" wingspan) sitting on the shelf and the neat little Pensuti was a fine flying indoor CO2 model built by a friend of mine a few years ago. Speaking of indoor flying models I remember seeing a smashing Avro triplane with a triplane tail for added extra interest!
