Russian Medium Tank T-54 B "The End"

Recommended Posts

Gentlemen!

Takoms T54B in PAVN version during the advance on Saigon at the end of the Vietnam War.

This is one of my most elaborate projects, which started with the cinema idea and ended with music.
Special attention has been paid to the effects and weathering, which make up a large part of the work.
I would like to thank all the fans of this tank for the nice comments and hope that you like the model as much as I do 👍

Have fun!
MD

That weathering is phenomenal!! I've just spent 10 minutes in aw at the detail. Everything from the oil stains on the fuel tanks to the wooden tool handles to the mud splatters to the engine smoke stains to..... well......everything! Everything just works.

A joy

👍🏻👌 etc

A stunning piece of work, as Andrew said, everything just works, I really love the second to last picture with the fire in the background, next to the beautifully weathered sign, and the album covers on the ground! ;)

This turned out fantastic MD. The more you look, the more details you see. Really, really good!

Well, thank you all.

For the praise.

I struggle with weathering on tanks. I do not want to use all the aftermarket products.

I think to do all with standard paint and oil. No MIG or AK stuff at all.

If you have any idea for a german camo tank, all ideas wellcome!

Happy modelling
