MRMRL
Hi everyone, I've just completed my second aircraft for this year - Trumpeters 1/35 Harrier Gr7. I enjoyed putting this one together, it's a pretty straightforward kit without any significant fit issues. I'm pretty sure the markings for the ordnance are based on their AV-8B kit (all with US Marines text on them), but I couldn't be bothered to see if I needed to change them so I just went with it. I suspect that the colour call might be slightly off - or the decals aren't quite right. I've gone with the Barley grey as instructed on the kit, it looks about right when I've compared it to pictures, but many of the low-vis decals practically vanish against it. It's still an outcome I'm pretty happy with and it'll look nice sitting next to my other RAF aircraft when completed. And some in progress shots as well

neil5208
Good result but as you mentioned it look to be AV8b based as the RAF doesn't use AGM 65''s and the sidewinders were on the centre undercarriage pylons only.

There's definitely pic's out there with Brit Harrier's loaded with Maverick training rounds. Don't know if they've ever been used in anger but they have been carried. Eng Beautiful build of Trumpy's 1/32nd kit, very nice indeed. Eng 1
