Assuming you are asking about a Royal Air Force Chinook, PJ Productions produce a set of three figures for the Royal Navy Lynx who you might be able to persuade to transfer from the Senior to Junior Service:

 

 

 

Technically the chap/lady in the back of the Chinook is an Air Crewman not a winch man though  .

 

Alternatively, Reedoak in France produce some very neat 3D Printed figures who may give you some alternatives, particularly for non-UK operated aircraft.
