Istvan Havril
Hello! I am an art and history teacher living in the capital of Hungary. My hobby goes all the way back to my childhood (what a surprise) when I got a model of a passenger plane from my dad. I haven’t built an airliner since, but I buried that model in the garden as a small child. I don't know why, there were strange times. What I like most about the hobby is that it meets my favorite activities: creation, history, precision and fantasy. I mostly build airplanes in 1:72 and 1:48 scale, but I also like sci-fi too. A couple of years ago, I mainly built combat vehicles. I compete a lot in Hungary, in 2012 I won the Mosonmagyaróvár Model Competition with a 1: 144 AV-8B HarrierII +. My favorite topics are the Royal Hungarian Air Force in World War II, the Luftwaffe, and the PTO. I'm happy to be here!

Corsairfoxfouruncle
Hello Istvan … from the city of Chicago USA, I mostly build military aircraft myself. Interwar through modern types, European air forces and PTO allied forces. Occasionally Japanese or something else to break it up. Dennis

The Replica still in business, I recommend it for a visit. Replica

Brandy
Welcome! I do love Budapest, I was there in 1986 although unfortunately only for a weekend. The street burgers were a little suspect though! Ian
