Please note: Although there should be some model-clubs showing their work off, the show's main emphasis is new and second-hand kit traders. Admission times: 10:00am - 4:00pm (previously, traders have packed-up before the official closing time. Attendance before 3:00 pm is recommended). Admission charge: Adults - £2.00. Children (under 16) - Free (all under-16's must be accompanied by an adult). Hanslope Village Hall Newport Road Hanslope Buckinghamshire MK19 7NZ If you're not familiar, the Hamex Shows are held in a community-hall in the village of Hanslope, Buckinghamshire, just north of Milton Keynes. They are small, friendly and informal events and are often a great place to pick up some bargains. There should be a number of model-clubs displaying and they often have some very nice kits for sale, under-the-table. Traders will include Chris Mitchell Models, Timeless Hobbies (Tony James, science-fiction and film-themed kits), Clive Davis Models, organizer Mat Irvine (lots of rare-to-the-UK models) and several others. All traders will be confirmed at a later date. The hall's kitchen will be serving food throughout the day, at very reasonable prices. Please contact [email protected] for further details.
