Homebee
Big Planes Kits (BPK) is to release a 1/72nd Baykar Bayraktar TB2 kit Source: https://www.facebook.com/BigPlanesKits/posts/3220551958222525 See also Clear Prop Models similar project thread: link Quote The Ukrainian company BigPlanesKits and the Turkish private company Baykar Makina have become friends. BigPlanesKits has received permission from Baykar Makina to manufacture the scale model kits Bayraktar TB2 on several scales. Yesterday I found out that our colleagues from ClearProp are planning to make Bayraktar TB2 in 1/48. We will not intersect at 1/48. First of all, we will make Bayraktar TB2 1/72 and then we will work on other scales. The scale of 1/32 and 1/35 is also interesting for us, but we will talk about this later. https://bigplaneskits.com/ https://baykartech.com/en/ V.P. Uncle Dick
Excellent news this, I just hope they include the three bladed version as an option! Now to all you naysayers who were so pessimistic and negative when I started a 1/72 Bayraktar TB2 thread in May last year go and count your Coco Pops 💥💥
Piotr Mikolajski
1 hour ago, Uncle Dick said: Now to all you naysayers I don't really understand why you are posting such offensive statements. Are you trying to provoke a flame? Firstly - the thread was started almost a year ago, so proclaiming some triumph is absurd. Well, unless in May 2021 you knew not only that Putin would attack Ukraine, but also that Ukrainian Bayraktars would have so many successes and so much footage would be shown in the media. Secondly, the comments in that thread were correct. No Polish manufacturer has taken up this model, nor has any mainstream company. Ukrainian companies, producing short-run models, are taking it up. Thirdly, the market demand for all UAV models has not changed. This class of vehicles is still not popular, compared to others. The market responds to the change in the context of the demand for a model of one UAV, high-profile media. You do not see announcements of Deviro Leleka-100, ENICS E95M, LLC SPC Athlon A1-SM Fury, STC Orlan-10, Ukrjet UJ-22, UZGA Forpost, ZALA Aero KUB-BLA or ZAO ENIX Eleron-3. Meanwhile, all of them are used now in Ukraine.

Was not the thread titled specifically Bayraktar TB2 UAV in 1/72? Your market analysis as a critic was so spot on that 10 months after the thread was started there are 1/35, (talk of 1/48), 1/72 and 1/144 models to be released and 1/24 previously released. I stand by my comments all you naysayers and pessimists can count your Coco Pops! Humour aside, one thing I would like to find out is whether Baykar have a specific designation for the 3 bladed version as opposed to the 2 bladed version and what the performance differences are if any? Looking forward to the first flight of the new TB3 and seeing the first Polish livery TB 2 in service. As the TB 2 garners more export orders from different nations I look forward to more exotic liveries and decals and more models...🔜 Edited March 26, 2022 by Uncle Dick
Madoc
A Bayraktar TB2 in 72nd? Excellent! I'll definitely be picking one of those up. It'll go great next to my Brassica Zetor 8011 pulling a T-72!

I remind you that the Turkish company Baykar gave us permission to manufacture Bayraktar TB2 in any scale. The model is processed as much as possible similar to the prototype. The model will also be equipped with photo etched details, decals and masks for glass. See more photos at the link. V.P.

Piotr Mikolajski
TBH I would like to see instruction with Polish markings because what I see on the decals sheet looks... strange. I'm not entirely convinced about the size of the markings, they seem too big, but that has to be compared with the kit and the photos. I don't know why there is a Polish coat of arms, which is not used on the military equipment at all. Plus there are some strange roundels, but there are no tactical numbers.
