Removing mr Tool cleaner residue on transparent parts

Recently I accidentally got some mr tool cleaner on a canopy part. It has left a kind of cloudy residue that I can't remove. I tried experimenting with some other transparent parts, no enamel or laquer thinner or paint remover worked, neither did any cleaning liquid. I have some Klear/Pledge, but that doesn't really work either as I need to remove the residue first. Any ideas on what could remove this without damaging the transparent plastic?

Thanks!
