Decals on the prop look good to me too, Simon Ciao Thanks good sir, no decals for the stripes included so... Thanks @elger, @cobraleader, @Dr. Quack and @Hamden. Well after a couple of days off back to the build. More masking, this time the anti-glare panel. I have still to mask the stripes though. Stay safe. Simon. Spookytooth
Thanks @giemme, it does not stick as well as normal tape but giving it a try. Masking done for stripes and sprayed XF 1 Matt Black. Leave to dry before the reveal...I am nervous about that. Stay safe. Simon.
Spookytooth
OK, time to take the tape off and see what a mess I have made of things. From above, does not look that bad. Port side too. Nor starboard. Tail end, could be better. Need to adjust the starboard anti glare a bit, to straight. Port wing needs a little bit doing to it. Starboard not bad. This looks ugly. A touch up her I can see. And here too. And here. And here too. Well I am happy in some respects annoyed with myself on others. I am going to leave alone for today and see what I can do over the next few days. Stay safe. Simon.
AliGauld
Nothing desperate there Simon, looks good. Onwards and upwards. Cheers, Alistair
giemme
Regular fixes, Simon - with all that masking, it has to be expected somewhat. 4 hours ago, Spookytooth said: it does not stick as well as normal tape but giving it a try. The secret is to stretch it a bit before applying, and then burnish it down properly. HTH Ciao
Hamden
Looking good to me, I would have made a right pigs ear of spraying this one. There's nothing there that you can't correct, keep up the good work Stay safe Roger
