The only differences are the decals and instructions, and the price. If you are using aftermarket decals for building an A, it would be cheaper to buy the C kit. The decals for the Danish and Norwegian aircraft are "useless", so aftermarket decals would be required anyway. I hope that you misunderstood something as the fuselage back panels are different from A to C on the real aircraft. Can someone who has both kits confirm that the backs are indeed different? Can someone who has both kits confirm that the backs are indeed different? There are two different upper rear fuselage parts on the sprue, one is for the A/B version and the other is for the C/D. The same sprue is included in both the A and C kits. The plastic in both boxes is the same, you simply choose the parts depending on whether you build the A or C versions.

Boman
Just need an F-16B MLU and we have nearly the whole family @Kineticuk Hi Raymond, will there be multiple rear seat instrument panels just as there are multiple front seat instrument panels to cover various versions? Boman
Thanks @Kineticuk, the D rear IP is identical to the B MLU when modelling. When you release the B MLU, could you please consider to include both early and later/MLU rear IP's?

fightersweep
Without trawling through 16 pages, can I get a block 30 F-16C from the Kinetic kit? I'm not a jet guy, so I thought I'd ask the experts here. Cheers; Steve

This will however come with the just anounced F-16D, so you can swap parts and create a F-16C block

fightersweep
@Boman @Dudikoff Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated. Maybe for the moment, I'll hang in there for a block 30 boxing. Fingers crossed. Cheers! Steve

Homebee
F-16A Hypersonic Models upgrade/detailing sets on approach Source: https://www.facebook.com/hypersonicmodels/posts/pfbid0m6GDZvL1MQqYCjfJgv9qSFKdsVyaKCjUexCWZPG8MiwznzXZ2N8ENJ1rGM7LhaaYl Quote F-16A project update: so far so good! A few small design changes were made after test fitting these prints, the inner surface at the ECS exhaust was altered a bit so there is more material, avoiding the sag/ripple you see in this pic. On the IP some material was removed in a couple of places so the coaming doesn't "ride" that much and sits where it should. Since then I have also added more detail, something I had not noticed before. I think I can create production setups now and start working on the instructions as well. V.P.
