I'm thinking early series F-8A/B/C/D Crusader or even better an RF-8A/G in 1/48 .

Why not all of them? Since Kinetic seems to enjoy producing kits representing US Navy aircraft, might we be so bold as to hope it's a new tool RA-5C, with an A-5A to follow?

I can’t see it being the Fiat G-91, because it looked all ready to go until the shape issues were raised. And as this talks of new technologies not yet used in plastic modeling, I reckon this is absolutely anything but that. I hope it is the start of the Mirage F-1 family.

If definitely 1/48, the Mirage F.1 idea appeals the most to me from the "realistic ideas" drawer. Really want an F.1CR and missed the Kittybird offering.

If, perchance, it's 1/32, I could go insanely nuts over an FRS.1 SHAR. Alas, that's a pipe dream. As is an accurate F-111 series in 1/48 scale.

As for new technology, slide-moulding to incorporate stainless steel leg inserts?  Quinta or Löök style pre-printed 3D cockpit panels?  Indium tin oxide coated canopy hoods?

I wonder what this will be!

pre printed plastic? (cockpit IP)

metal inserts for stability??

dual mould something? ??

curious!

and yes, please bring on the F1 series... just like the Starfighter... :) : ) :)

Those are available on both the Tamiya 1:48 Storch and the Tristar/Hobby Boss 1:35 Storch. Not widely used, but present nevertheless.

How about a G.91 Series.  I'd go for a 2 seater and a "Y" in 48th!

My thoughts, all 1/48:

SEPECAT Jaguar series: needs an accurate modern kit

F/RF-8 Crusader series: Hasegawa are getting hard to find and the RFs have never been done in plastic

EE Lightning F.1-F.6 and export versions: good as it is, the Airfix kit is over a quarter of a century old.

Fairey Gannet: hey, you never know

Mirage IV: because I want one that I don’t have to rescribe

Su-15 Flagon series: because the Trumpeter kit really sucks

Avro Vulcan: I need a coffee table

Likely to be right on this as I've just got hold of the Falcon RF-8 conversion.

As for the new technology could they have found a way to mould modern blown canopies thin, undercut, and w/out seam lines to polish out??

Skyhawks would be the obvious choice. So many versions and marking schemes off the base kit. Just look at Kinetic’s F-104

Gets my vote.   Can I file for bankruptcy now ??

No one commenting here or on Facebook has any idea what they will release.  This is just a (simple) mechanism to derive more likes /clicks

I agree, unless they're closing up shop they're bound to be releasing a new kit sometime. I really don't like the "we're going to release something" announcements unless they at least tell you when they're going to tell you what it is. Otherwise it's a bit like them telling you they're still in the office doing stuff.

I'd like to think that they would do a Eurofighter Typhoon  which could well do with a new tooling. The Revell kit has a big and difficult to fix issue with its canopy  and the general standard of tooling isn't as gijd as their earlier Rafale....

Agree with all the above, but the Beardmore Inflexible remains the most under-modelled subject in any scale
