Martin B-57B Canberra, 8thBS/35thTFW, Phan Rang AB, South Vietnam, 1969

Thats a beauty Russ. The nose on shots really do look like the real thing, not a model. I keep waiting for a new 1/72 Canberra (bubble canopy) so I can do a silver and yellow trim early B-57.  One day!

Great job @russ c. I like the look of the Canberra, shame about all the filler needed though. I recall from a much earlier posting you mentioned you are a brush painter. Is this kit painted by brush?

Cheers,

Wlad

It's a beautiful looking Canberra, Russ.

Weeks of sanding (Airfix) is still preferable to Months of sanding,( Classic Airframes), right??

You`re right there David, cheaper too 🙂

Cheers Russ

Hi Russ !

Another very nice model from your factory .

I am not really found of british Camberras , but its Martin iteration with tandem cockpit is a very attractiv aircraft !

But .... Airfix kit has always distracted me from trying .

Congrats to you for it !
