Italeri or Academy/Minicraft, both basically similar... both not modern kits https://www.scalemates.com/kits/italeri-2666-sikorsky-mh-60k-blackhawk-soa--101593/timeline Italeri offers more variants, even a Seahawk, Italeri or its reboxings are usually way cheaper, at least in Europe they sell for about 20€.... Not that this one would be easy to find, it doesn't seem to have had a long life span/many reissues (in fact I don't recall seeing any boxing here after that initial photobox - which may mean it may have been a foreign tooling, Ace perhaps?).
