I can't wait for the big reveal!

Me too, hopefully I’ll get around to the black on Thursday, then I may let it cure a bit before unmasking everything.

DB1-E1-F09-DDB3-496-D-B1-F3-2-FBEE5978-CBoth together for the full effect. I think I may need a clear coat and a few washed to bring it all together. But first there are a lot of small fiddly parts to add on and paint.

Quite simply: WOW! Great work, all that masking has paid off handsomely.

Yes I’m very pleased with the result. If I ever get it to a real life club meeting it will make a great talking point :)

C0-E255-CA-EBDD-4-FD8-940-B-8892-D0-EDD7Greeblies ready for paint. I’ll spray them in the light green, then attach them then hand paint the other colours as necessary.

A9-B24-CA1-D0-A3-4971-B5-D0-95-B11420-DAAll bits glued on and (almost ) all the paintwork finished.  I’ll do some light weathering and dust/grime as all the photos show quite a clean machine.

I must admit I’m loving the look, well worth the masking hell that was the digital camo.

Weathering, just some streaking grime and some pastels for mud/dust.

Streaking grime cut back with a tissue, a hen a brush finally a cotton bud soaked in white spirit. Tones down the camo a bit and brings it all together.
Just need the pastels to dry then brush the dust effect back.
