Marvellous, your efforts really paid of 👍 The marking option is well-chosen too. May I ask which product you chose for the rivets (Archer I guess)? Which size are the rivets?

Cheers

Fabulous work on both. I would also like to know what brand of rivets you used.

Superb! I don't blame you for cheating and using decals for the camo, I think that masking job would drive anyone insane...

Yes, Archer sheet AR88014, small sheet and not cheap but they do go a long way and are easy to work with.

Very true, they took some beating down but I'm glad I used them, I think after a lot of work on a dual Su-25 build I would've lost the energy with the masking.

Great result!

Wonder now though if the Zvezda kit will be easily available in the west soon... :(

I suspect development of an availability problem outside the Russian Federation for a while once current stocks are depleted, although AliExpress vendors and Lucky Model estore may pick up the slack on that.

Regardless, with just that prescient in mind, I picked up Zvezda's reportedly rather nice and outstanding value new tool 1/35 T-90MS kit yesterday.

Outstanding work on the digital camo,  whether decals or not it's turned out superbly. A fine modelling tribute to those brave souls in Ukraine 💙💛

just curisouse,. what aftermarket did you use?

I see some Eduard PE, possibly Neomega cockpit?

I am especially interested in the strange tubes on the chaff/flare dispensors above the engine nascelles!

Thanks!

great work!

Tons of aftermarket Werner!

The cockpit and opened nose avionics bays are from the Res-Im set  which is very nice and has a vac canopy with all the inside framing including the front armored glass.

Yes, various Eduard etched sets, Quickboost air scoops, Master pitots (essential!), Reskit gun muzzle, Amory weighted wheels on Revell landing gear, Archer rivets, Authentic decals and MRP/Akan paints and Aerobonus weapons.

I used Quickboost Su-22 flares with plastic rod to modify into the big ones on the Ukrainian Su-25s. They along with the landing gear, ladder are painted a unique blue-gray from other Su-25s which appealed to me as well as the cockpit being the modern darker Su-35 color which is unlike other lighter colored cockpits of Su-25s.

Keep us posted!

Among the tons of reference books I have on the Su-25 I recommend the Duke Hawkins Su-25 , it was particularly useful and unlike other recent publications had good photos of the Ukrainian chaff/flare launchers.

Amazing work! Is beautiful! Can you tell me which KP kit variant you used? I have the Eduard limited edition of the Su-25K and I'm trying to figure out if I can turn it into an M1.
