Fantastic model...well done!

Got this and the YB-49 jet version in the stash....yours has inspired me to get one of them down off the shelf ASAP!

I can't quite tell from the photos.....did you open up the air intakes?

Thanks for your comment. The intakes were molded into the front leading wing strip and I just painted them in. A bit tricky to handle with the 28 inch wingspan.

Very nice! I know from experience that these can be tricky builds, especially where the outer wing sections meet the central piece. Looks l8ke you have done a fine job there! The refueling probe is a nice addition, too.

Excellent. I love a prototype or test airframe and I cover British subjects only as there are over 140 or more of these alone so I like seeing modellers like yourself doing other countries subjects because realistically I will not even finish my British builds let alone any American planes, of which there are many. Thanks for posting.
